Service Description:

To securely collect and destroy sensitive documents, obsolete products or electronic data.

Refund policy:

Payment is required on invoice after secure destruction has been effected therefore the service fees are non-refundable.

Service Delivery Policy:

Service delivery is represented by way of us physically collecting material from nominated client site at a predetermined time and date. 

Estimated service delivery time frame:

Estimated time frame is by appointment and typically 24 to 72 hours from time of booking. Appointment may be changed with 24 hours notice.

How to make booking: 

Bookings are made via telephone and online.

When you pay:

We offer seven day terms from date of invoice.
